How do I get a refund?
Before you begin: The Disc Golf Network is only able to grant you a refund if you are signed up and making your payments directly through the web (http://discgolfnetwork.com ). If you signed up / are paying for DGN through one of the apps (iOS, Android, etc.) then you’ll need to request it through the associated app store. Because of security measures in place for app stores, the DGN support team is unable to issue you these refunds.
Important: All sales are final and non-refundable as listed in our Terms of Use. The Disc Golf Network only issues refunds for duplicate charges or in other extenuating circumstances (such as ongoing account issues which cannot be resolved). Faulty, unsupported, and otherwise incompatible hardware or software is not considered an extenuating circumstance.

If you signed up on the web and would like a refund, contact us here, and we will review your request. You may be granted a refund based on the following circumstances:
You made duplicate purchases using multiple registration/login credentials, or
You are experiencing serious and ongoing technical difficulties that we are unable to address over a period of time
Please note that refunds will not be granted based on partial use of the service for any given billing period or issued based on the expiration of discounts you previously applied. No refunds are guaranteed.
Note: If you’re a PDGA member who is requesting a refund for months when your discount was not applied, please take note of the following information.
The Disc Golf Network has, as of December 2023, created a new method for ensuring that PDGA members get their membership subscription discount. Instead of using discount codes, DGN now requires that all PDGA members link their PDGA membership with their DGN subscription to verify their PDGA membership status and receive an automatic discount.
This new system makes it easier for PDGA members to maintain their membership discounts over time, but the Disc Golf Network will not be granting refunds to PDGA members who previously did not have their discount code applied to their account. Pair your accounts today and make sure to keep your membership up to date to maintain your discount.
