How can I cancel my subscription (unsubscribe)?
All subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled, per DGN’s terms of use.
You can cancel the subscription at any time during its duration. After canceling the subscription, you can continue to watch until the end of the current billing period. For example, if the cancellation occurs halfway through the billing period, you can continue to watch until the end of the current billing period.
Note: To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing date. Uninstalling the Disc Golf Network (DGN) app does not cancel the subscription.
Before you begin: Canceling the subscription depends on the place of purchase: web browser, Android app, iOS app, Roku TV, Android TV, or Amazon Fire TV. To cancel the subscription correctly, consider the device where the purchases were made and follow the steps below accordingly.
IOS iOS App
If the payment was made from the iOS app, the subscription cancellation can be done on the device, either directly in the device’s settings or via the DGN app. To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
In the iOS app:
Open the DGN app and log in.
Navigate to Settings.
Scroll down to the Active Plans section.
Tap Manage subscriptions on App Store.
In the App Store app: tap your avatar > your name > Account Settings > Subscriptions.
Find and tap the DGN subscription.
Choose Cancel Subscription.
On your iOS device:
Open Settings on an iOS device registered to the Apple ID on which the payment was made.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions (if prompted, log in with your Apple ID).
Find and tap the DGN subscription.
Choose Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no cancel button or you see a red expiration message, the subscription is already canceled.

Note: You cannot cancel your subscription within the iOS app if the purchase was made through the Android app, DGN website, Roku TV, Android TV or Amazon Fire TV.
ANDROID Android App
If the payment was made from the Android app, subscription cancellation can be done through the Google Play Store, which can be accessed directly on your Android device, from your web browser or via the DGN mobile app for Android. To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
In the Android app:
Open the DGN app and log in.
Navigate to Settings.
Scroll down to the Active Plans section.
Tap Manage subscriptions on Google Play.
Tap your avatar.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions – a list of all your subscriptions will be displayed.
Find and tap the DGN subscription.
Choose Cancel Subscription.
On your Android device:
Open the Google Play Store on a device registered to the same Google account on which the payment was made.
Tap your avatar.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions – a list of all your subscriptions will be displayed.
Find and tap the DGN subscription.
Choose Cancel Subscription.
In your web browser:
Ensure that you are logged into your Google account with the DGN subscription.
Select Subscriptions.
Find and click on the DGN subscription.
Click Manage and Cancel Subscription.
Note: You cannot cancel within the Android app if the purchase was made through the iOS app, DGN website, Roku TV or Amazon Fire TV.
WWW Website
If the payment was made through the DGN website (www.discgolfnetwork.com), subscription cancellation must be done via that website. To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
Open the DGN website (www.discgolfnetwork.com) in your browser (either desktop or mobile).
Log in and go to the Settings page (click your login email/three horizontal lines in the upper right corner, then select Settings from the list).
Scroll down to find the Active Plans & Payments section in the settings list.
Expand the subscription you want to cancel, then click Cancel subscription.
Note: You cannot cancel within the DGN website if the purchase was made through the iOS app, Android app, Roku TV, Android TV or Amazon Fire TV.
ROKU Roku TV
If the payment was made through the Roku TV device, subscription cancellation must be done through the Roku account. To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
Go to http://roku.com/ .
Click Sign in in the upper right corner.
Enter your email and password, then click Sign in.
You will return to the front page. Hover over the person icon and select My account from the drop-down menu.
Click Manage my subscriptions. You will see the list of active subscriptions.
Click Manage subscription next to the DGN subscription, then Turn off auto-renew.
Select Confirm changes..
A survey will pop up. Click Continue (you don’t have to select anything, if you don’t want to)
You will be logged out with a message “For security reasons, you have been signed out. Please sign in again to continue.”
Your subscription has been canceled.
Note: You cannot cancel within the Roku account if the purchase was made through the iOS app, Android app, DGN website, Android TV or Amazon Fire TV.
Amazon Amazon Fire
If the payment was made through the Amazon Fire device, subscription cancellation must be done through the Amazon account. To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
Go to http://amazon.com and sing-in.
Hover your mouse over Accounts & Lists, then click Memberships and Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.
Find your DGN subscription and click Cancel subscription.
Note: You cannot cancel within the Android app if the purchase was made through the iOS app, Android app, Android TV, DGN website or Roku TV.
