How do I manage my credit cards?
In order to manage your credit cards:
Open discgolfnetwork.com in your browser (either desktop or mobile) and log in
Navigate to Settings (click your login email in the upper right corner, then select Settings from the drop-down menu)
Scroll down to the Active Plans & Payments section
Click the Manage payment methods button next to the default method set for your account
You will be redirected to a new screen where you’ll be able to review, add and remove your payment methods. Payment method set as default will always be selected automatically for purchases
Note: Each new card added to your account needs to undergo a verification process by the issuing bank. This process typically takes a few seconds, but it may take a few hours in rare cases. You can check the verification status by hitting the Refresh button. Unverified cards cannot be used and are not listed in the payment methods.
You can also add and change payment methods when purchasing a new subscription or access to live events.
Note: It is not possible to remove all credit cards from your account if you have an active subscription and at least one credit card must be linked with your account at any given moment. However, if you’re not subscribed to any product, you can remove all credit cards.
Note: You can manage your credit cards from the website (discgolfnetwork.com). It cannot be done through any of the other DGN platform apps. In case you edit your payment methods via an email sent automatically from the DGN’s billing system, it may take some time for the change to take effect in your account.
