How do I reactivate my current subscription on Apple TV?
If you’ve purchased a Disc Golf Network subscription on an Apple TV device and would like to restore it to your DGN account, follow the steps below:
Open the DGN app on an iOS device registered to the same Apple ID on which you’ve purchased your subscription and log in.
Navigate to Settings and scroll down to the Active Plans section.
Click Restore purchase.
If you get a message saying „You have no transactions to restore.”, create a support ticket and include a screenshot/photo with the details of your current subscription. We will review it and provide you with further assistance.
Note: It is not currently possible to purchase a DGN subscription directly from your Apple TV device.
