How do I use my PDGA member discount (link my PDGA account)?

If you are a PDGA member, you can get a discount on your Disc Golf Network subscription by linking your PDGA membership to your Disc Golf Network account. You must link your accounts to gain access to an automatic discount.

Before you begin: make sure your membership is active. If not, activate it at PDGA.com to enjoy PDGA discounts.

Before you begin: If you have purchased your subscription from any of the Disc Golf Network apps (iOS, Android, etc), but would like to pair your PDGA membership with your DGN account, follow these steps:

  1. Cancel your mobile subscription so you stop payment via the app store. You will need to wait until your current subscription expires to be able to link your PDGA membership and select a new plan.

  2. Once your mobile subscription has expired, go to the DGN website (discgolfnetwork.com) and login.

  3. Go to your settings and pair your PDGA account.

  4. You can now choose your new subscription at the discounted price.

  5. You can also find these instructions in the Settings section in the iOS or Android mobile app.

Note: pairing your PDGA membership with your DGN account can only be done via the website. It’s not possible to do it from the mobile app.

Note: The Disc Golf Network has, as of December 2023, created a new method for ensuring that PDGA members get their membership subscription discount. Instead of using discount codes, DGN now requires that all PDGA members link their PDGA membership with their DGN subscription to verify their PDGA membership status and receive an automatic discount.

 

If you are a new subscriber

If you are a current PDGA member who is interested in purchasing a new DGN subscription at a discounted price, follow the instructions for connecting your PDGA membership when purchasing your subscription.

Note: You must sign up directly at discgolfnetwork.com – not via one of our apps. This is the only way to get your discount.

Here’s the step-by-step process:

  1. Create your account by entering your email, a password, country, and postal code. Agree to the terms of service and hit register to go to step two.

  2. Now, enter your PDGA number and email address and hit pair my PDGA account - please note that you must enter in the same email address associated with your PDGA membership so we can securely verify your membership.

  3. Once your PDGA membership is found, you will receive an email asking you to verify the connection between the accounts. You’ll need to complete this action before you can move to the next step. Use the button in the email to verify your account and then continue to the next step in the registration process.

  4. Choose your preferred subscription from the options available to you. These prices will automatically reflect your PDGA member discount.

  5. Enter your payment information, and you’re done! As long as your PDGA membership remains current, so will your discount.

 

If you are a current subscriber

If you have a non-discounted subscription, but would like to take advantage of your PDGA member discount, follow these steps:

  1. Open the DGN website (discgolfnetwork.com) in your browser (either desktop or mobile) and login.

  2. Navigate to Settings (click your email login in the upper right corner, then select Settings from the drop-down menu).

  3. Scroll down to find the PDGA member status section.

  4. Enter your PDGA membership details into the form and confirm by clicking Pair my PDGA account.

  5. Confirm your membership via the email we send you automatically.

  6. Your PDGA membership has been automatically linked to your DGN account and your subscription has been switched to a corresponding discounted plan. The change takes effect immediately and any unused funds from the remainder of your old subscription are added to the overpayment balance in the DGN’s billing system. This overpayment is non-refundable and non-transferable, and can only be used to pay for future DGN subscription fees.

Important: Only subscriptions purchased originally directly at discgolfnetwork.com can be switched to a discounted plan for PDGA members. If you purchased your subscription on another platform (e.g. iOS, Android, Roku), please see the instructions at the top of this page.

 

Note: Disc Golf Network does not issue refunds for previous months where a PDGA member’s discount was not active or not linked with their DGN account. While we understand that the technical details of maintaining a discount were challenging in the past, we’ve made a big effort to simplify the process moving forward. Once your account has been linked and we adjust your price, you will maintain your discount as long as your PDGA membership remains active.
