Why am I getting an error message that says I’m watching on too many devices?
Content can only be viewed on a limited number of devices at the same time. If our systems register that a user is logged in with the same credentials and wants to watch on more devices than is allowed, a message will be displayed indicating that the user has registered too many devices.
You can resolve it by navigating to Settings > Your Devices (at the Disc Golf Network website or in a mobile app for Android/iOS devices) where you can delete a specific device by clicking the Remove button (or the red bin icon in the mobile apps).
A device is considered registered when you have logged in to your DGN account and started watching any content on that device.
A device is any mobile app or Smart TV app, or a web browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari browsers etc. installed on the same machine are treated as separate devices).
