Why have I been unexpectedly logged out?
Your account may be unexpectedly logged out for a number of reasons. Here are some of the possible scenarios:
The account owner clicked the "Log off all devices" option.
Account owners have the option to log out off all active sessions. When an account owner does this, the user will be logged out immediately and will need to log in again to resume playback.
Authorization token has expired
In uncommon cases, your account may be logged out because our servers can no longer verify your session. Please try logging in again to solve this problem.
Password change
Existing sessions are invalidated when the user changes the password. To resume playback, log in again with the updated password.
Update the back office configuration
In rare cases, it may be necessary to change the configuration. In this case, all active sessions may be logged out. Log in again to solve this issue.
The time has passed
If you have not logged in to your account for a very long time, you may be logged out for security reasons. Log in again to solve this problem.
