My PDGA membership has expired, what next?

If you have a PDGA membership attached to your Disc Golf Network account, and your PDGA membership expires, DGN will detect it automatically the next time you log into your account. Inside of your DGN account, your PDGA member status changes from active to inactive, you automatically lose your PDGA member discount on your subscription and we charge you the prorated cost of the non-discounted plan. If you are subscribed to the free PDGA basic plan and have no credit cards on record, your subscription gets canceled.

Note: If you want to make sure that you don’t lose your discount, you’ll need to make sure that your PDGA membership does not lapse. Disc Golf Network will not issue refunds to customers who are charged full price for a subscription due to a lapse in their PDGA membership.

How can I renew my PDGA membership?

Renew ahead of time at http://PDGA.com

  1. Go to http://www.pdga.com/membership and renew your membership any time before December 31st of each year to ensure that you don’t lose your DGN discount.

  2. Since your account will be renewed for the next year, you won’t lose your discount.

If your PDGA membership expires, and you see a pop up on Disc Golf Network

  1. Click on the Renew membership button.

  2. You will be redirected to the PDGA website, where you'll be able renew your membership.

  3. Return to the DGN website and click I did it. Reload page.

  4. Your membership will be reclassified as “active” and your discount will be reinstated automatically for the next billing period.
